These Terms govern the use of the Rumatec Vetcare Android application (“App”). The App is for internal
business use by authorized employees and contractors only.
Eligibility and access
- Use is restricted to authorized users with valid company credentials.
- Sharing accounts or unauthorized access is prohibited.
- Users must keep credentials secure and report suspected compromise immediately.
Acceptable use
- Use the App solely for legitimate company business (trips, attendance, inventory, location
tracking).
- Do not tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or tracking features.
- Do not input unlawful, harmful, or confidential third‑party data without authorization.
Location services and reimbursements
- By using the App during working hours or active trips, you acknowledge that location may be
collected in foreground or background for operational oversight and kilometer calculation.
- Reimbursements are computed per company policy; manual adjustments may occur where justified and
approved.
Data handling
- Data collected via the App is processed in accordance with our Privacy
Policy.
- Users must ensure accuracy of visit logs, expenses, and distribution records.
- Do not export or share internal data outside authorized channels.
Devices and security
- Keep your device updated and secured with PIN/biometric lock.
- Grant required permissions and disable battery optimizations for reliable background tracking, as
instructed.
- Report lost or stolen devices immediately to IT for remote actions.
Intellectual property
The App, logos, workflows, and documentation are the property of Rumatec Vetcare or its licensors. No
rights are granted except as necessary to use the App for internal operations.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access for policy violations, security risks, or operational reasons, with
notice via internal channels where feasible.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumatec Vetcare disclaims implied
warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be
communicated internally.
